Lagunen is the ultimate place to go shopping in Bergen, with more than 200 businesses, including shops, restaurants, services and offices. The shopping center is one of Norway’s largest and located in the southern part of Bergen – with the international Flesland airport as its neighbor.

We have transformed Lagunen from a shopping center to a town center in its own right. We started an extensive development in January 2017.

Shops you will find at Lagunen

Places to eat: Coffee shops and restaurants such as Joe & The Juice, Zupperia, Villani, Sumo and Espresso House. We have a total of 19 shops that offers food & drink.

Fashion retailers: You will find 60 fashion stores at Lagunen with a mixture of high fashion brands and more mainstream retailers. Brands such as Marc Jacobs, By Malene Birger, Lexington, Morris, Polo Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss and Karl Lagerfeld.

You will also find a Pharmacy, Liquor store, Bank and Post Office at Lagunen.

Opening hours

Monday – Friday: 10–21

Saturday: 10–18

Sunday: Closed

Most of our restaurants operate with different hours and some are open on Sunday’s, such as Villani, Sumo and Egon.

The liquor store (Vinmonopolet) is open 10–18 Monday to Friday and 10–16 on Saturday.

Getting to Lagunen

Getting to Lagunen by car or public transport is very simple.

Bergen Light Rail has direct connections to Lagunen from both the airport and city center. Services run every 5-15 minutes in each direction Monday to Saturday, with 2-3 trains each hour on Sundays.

Directions driving from Bergen city: Go south on E16 and E39. When you get to Fanavegen (RV553 and 580), take a left in the second roundabout and you will reach Lagunen.
